This is a working where the target and subject are the same person. Its purpose is to inspire, promote, and grow self-love by calling forth compassion, forgiveness, and appreciation aimed inward. It’s aim is to help the work’s target/subject to extend more love and kindness to themselves, to consciously nurture themselves, and to step away from dynamics that no longer serve them (with an emphasis on situations where the target/subject of the work is being taken advantage of or spoken down to).
